This documentation is an accurate reflection of the current state, which is good. However, as your Architect, I see two major risks in your "Next Steps" and "Frontend Responsibilities."

We are building a "Masala Lite" Monolith. We are not building a React/Angular SPA wrapped in .NET.

Here is my critique and the Mandatory Architectural Pivot regarding the frontend. 1. The "Shadow API" Trap

Your document mentions:

src/TicketMasala.Web/Controllers/Api — endpoints consumed by client-side code (AJAX/fetch calls).

Critique: This is an anti-pattern. You are effectively building a microservice (JSON API) inside your monolith just to serve your own views.

The Cost: You write a ViewModel, then a JSON DTO, then a JS Fetch call, then JS DOM manipulation to render the result.

The Fix: HTMX. Instead of fetching JSON and building HTML in JavaScript, your Razor controller should return HTML Partials.
  1. The "Node_Modules" Trap

Your document says:

If you plan client-side complexity, introduce a minimal Node toolchain and a package.json

Critique: Rejected. We do not want a node_modules black hole (200MB of dependencies) just to toggle a modal or filter a list.

The Fix: Use ES Modules (native browser support) and Import Maps. Serve libraries like HTMX or Alpine.js directly from wwwroot/lib or a CDN. Keep the build pipeline pure .NET.
  1. GERDA View Refinement (The AI Reality)

Your GerdaDispatchViewModel lists "Unassigned Tickets."

Critique: In Ticket Masala v3.0, GERDA assigns tickets automatically based on the background worker. The "Dispatch View" should not be a "ToDo List" for the Manager. It should be an "Anomaly/Override Dashboard."

Change: Rename "Unassigned Tickets" to "Low Confidence Allocations."

Logic: The AI assigns everything with >80% confidence. It only shows tickets here if it is unsure, asking the human for help.

Approved Architecture Plan (The "Lite" Frontend)

Step 2: The HTMX Adoption

Instead of a package.json, we simply add HTMX to the layout.
