  1. Technical Audit (Destroy the Hype)

The architectural blueprint is technically sound and grounded in established patterns. There is minimal "vaporware" here; this is essentially a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) combined with a proven EAV (Entity-Attribute-Value) extension approach using a JSON column for dynamic fields. Key Areas of Scrutiny:

Hybrid Relational + JSON Model (CustomFieldsJson):

    Hype: "Schema-less flexibility."

    Reality: This is a compromise. While it avoids schema migrations, it destroys the ability to query, index, and report on custom fields reliably and efficiently using standard SQL.

    Failure Point: Performance will become a bottleneck when queries are forced to parse JSON columns for filtering and sorting (e.g., "Find all Gardening tickets where soil_ph is less than 6.0"). Utilize PostgreSQL's jsonb indexing (GIN indexes) or SQL Server's JSON column indexing immediately, as outlined in the Data Model Architecture, or the system will fail at scale. Do not treat the JSON column as a simple string blob.

Configuration Files (YAML/JSON):

    Hype: "Easy to change."

    Reality: Configuration sprawl and lack of centralized governance.

    Failure Point: The current architecture uses multiple separate files (masala_domain.yaml, masala_queues.yaml, etc.) which increases complexity. Consolidate where possible, and, more critically, the proposed persistence to a ConfigurationAudit table (Section 8.3) is mandatory for production stability, version control, and rollback capabilities. YAML in Git is a great starting point; YAML in a versioned database is the requirement for a platform.

GERDA AI Pluggability:

    Hype: "AI Strategy Factory."

    Reality: This is a simple application of the Strategy Pattern via Dependency Injection (DI). It's a robust and standard way to swap algorithms.

    Failure Point: The configuration relies on string matching (e.g., ranking: WSJF). If the string in the config file does not exactly match the registered DI key for the strategy, the application fails at runtime. Implement rigorous schema validation on the YAML/JSON to enforce correct strategy names.
